Paros Farming Community use its’ know-how and experiment with the native varieties Monemvasia and Mandilaria, pointing out their uniqueness. SEIRADI P-F-C mirrors the new vinification methods and culture. The healthy grapes, produces with excellent technological, aromatic and phenoleptic aging consist the foundation on which this approach is built on. The result is wines with fruity character and balanced palette, that always succeed to integrate into a mineral and brackish structure. SEIRADI P-F-C’s goal is to create new and tasty memories from Paros in people’s mind, not only in Greece but also throughout the world.
