Pascal Jolivet’s winery is one of the newest and most dynamic in Loire valley. It was founded in 1985, specialized in Sancerre and Pouilly Fume wines and quickly became leader in its’ category with placements in Michelin award restaurants in France. Pascal Jolivet truly believes that we should leave nature to create the wine by itself.
