The goal of Salsus is as simple as it is difficult, to produce the best broths and sauces in the world for professional chefs. Creating a real stock requires clean water, the best ingredients, a lot of time and a lot of knowledge. In collaboration with SIVA Norway, Innovation Norway and DNB, a high-tech manufacturing plant was created which started production in May 2018. They now produce additive-free bone broths and sauces from valuable animal bone raw materials, and with the help of Norway’s best chefs.
Their philosophy highlights that the product range will interact with trends and demands for modern consumers.
This means bringing natural taste and texture to foods, emphasizing sustainable production and consumption, highlighting the benefits of health and wellbeing, and a general desire to reduce the number of artificial ingredients used in foods today.
