Mas Amiel begins its own history in 1816. Years later in 1999, Olivier Decelle, a wine lover undertook the fate of the estate with one thought in mind: the international recognition of the Mas Amiel estate. Olivier Decelle, with the help of the renowned winegrower Stephane Derenoncourt in quality research and Claude and Lydia Bourguignon, (agricultural experts), manages to make excellent wines respecting the vineyards and the environment.
