Finca Allende

Situated in La Rioja Alta, on a hill that stands 80 metres above the surrounding countryside, Briones appears silhouetted against the sky, so reflecting the importance of the terroir on which it was built, the importance of a terroir that allows us to get closer to heaven. Since 1986, when Miguel Ángel de Gregorio discovered the excellent qualities of this land, the interaction between the two, between man and land, between intelligence and potential, has enabled us to give our wines a unique personality of the very highest level. Situated in Briones, in the north-west end of La Rioja Alta, the Finca Allende vineyards are located on hills facing north, north-east and north-west that are caressed and enhanced by winds from the Atlantic Ocean. The singularities of its terroir, orientation, climate and the different continental, Mediterranean and Atlantic influences combine to enable the growth of a supreme grape that manifests its potential in most excellent fashion in Allende wine.
